This makes Wunderlist a better alternative if you have a constant stream of new tasks every day and want to know what's on your plate on any given day or next week. On the other hand, Keep lacks push notifications. One key distinction is that Keep also features location-based reminders that Wunderlist lacks. There is no way to attach files, just links, images, and audio that you recorded using the app itself. You can add a reminder to each note but not to each task within a note. Just select the checkboxes in the options and start typing. You can't take notes and make a to-do list in the same note in Keep. Click on a task to reveal more options on the right where you can set reminders, create subtasks, and add notes. With Wunderlist, you can take notes within tasks instead of tasks within the note like in Keep. Similarly, if I add an image with text, Keep will attach the photo and use OCR to capture text in the note. You can record audio notes and Keep will automatically convert them to text and attach the audio file to the note itself. If you schedule a task for later today in the shopping list, it will appear in the Today list. Finally, there are the individual lists you have created for different categories or walks of life.

Similarly, you can see all the tasks for the next week in the Week list. That's where you'll see notifications and reminders from all your other lists based on your reminders from today. As you begin to create tasks, you'll notice the Today list appear. Some lists will be available by default, such as Work, Travel, and Inbox. Create an account using your Google/Facebook/Microsoft account. Wunderlist is a to-do list app that is also easy to use.
